The Endeavor Trial has finally started. You can read the first trial
transcripts. As I understand the proceedings, Judge Sweet rather than a jury will decide the facts and the final verdict. An email, from Trish Aude
suggests, Judge Sweet is far from happy.
"Hi John -- For whatever it's worth, I just got back from New York as I had been invited by Endeavor to testify. As it turned out around noon Judge Sweet
decided he'd heard enough and so, me and another witness were dismissed. He took both lawyers back into chambers and gave them an impassioned speech about the fact
that "This case should've never come up in his court -- that he didn't want to have to "rule on God" and that it was immoral and about greed and they
had better reach a settlement before he gives his ruling or someone is going to get hurt."
There is only one Jesus and He is me. The ego would divide and separate the One which Is. In truth, I am the Christ and I have written
the Course to myself in a place that never was! The instant I "forgot to remember", the Course AND the Holy Spirit were provided as the miraculous gift
during the moment in eternity in which I forgot to laugh! Thank You, Father. How simple is salvation.
It is not understandable why Ken would not make the Course public domain - whose interests is he trying to protect?
I agree that this is ridiculous. I understand about Penguin wanting to protect what they view as their property, but if they succeed
in promoting Helen as the Author, they cut their own throats as far as future sales go. Would you but a copy of ACIM, authored by Helen, or channeled by Helen from
an unnamed entity, presumably Jesus of Nazareth. The other thing that I thought was silly, was Kenneth's statement that it was authored by Jesus, but not Jesus of
Nazareth. Which Jesus was the author, then?
I think it is all a bit ridiculous really. Love could settle all the arguments, instead of placing Jesus on trial again. Because one
way or another it is heading that way! James
I voted YES, it will go to Trial on May 6th, but there is really no way of knowing. In the Course HE tells us, "Some of your
greatest advances you have judged as failures, and some of your deepest retreats you have evaluated as success." All I can do is place this situation in HIS
Hands.
