Conversations©®™ with Helen
by Judy Allen

Since I have regular chats with Jesus©®™, and have learned to recognize his voice, I was surprised one day to hear his voice take on a different quality. This voice told me to take notes, so I wrote down what it was saying. I soon recognized that Jesus©®™ was channeling Helen Schucman. I shouldn't have been surprised, since I have learned recently that some commentators now believe that it was actually Helen who wrote A Course in Miracles©®™, not Jesus©®™.

Helen explained all about the current "copyright controversy." She says that when she wrote the Course©®™ she thought it would be enough to provide a Text, followed by a "laboratory," the Workbook, followed by a Teachers' Manual and several helpful pamphlets. But now, a generation later, she can see that there is one more element of the Course©®™ that is needed at this time, and she is providing it, as a sort of reminder of the principles she first wrote down.

It is a morality play. And we are currently watching it. At first, we see there are "bad guys" and "good guys." Then an element of conflict is introduced when the bad guys and the good guys start switching places. Some of the former bad guys team up with some of their former enemies, and some of the best good guys become bad guys. It gets confusing.    . . . we don't even understand what anything means.

The plot thickens. In Act Two we begin to see that certain actions will have to be taken, requiring the introduction of Lawyers. There are Lawyers for the good guys and Lawyers for the bad guys, so we can tell easier which is which.

There's an intermission so we can get popcorn and talk to each other about how we think it will all come out. There are two or three obvious possible endings, and some of the people around the popcorn machine get into fist fights about which ending they think should be the right one.

Surprise! Helen says the last act won't be any of the endings we think it will be. She says we don't even understand what anything means. She says every role in the play is an actor playing out one of the infinite number of forms ego can take.

She says the last act will be when we get it that each of us is playing all of the parts.

Then we will wake up.
